Here for the Work

authentic voice casting, directing and producing for animation

adrienne-home.jpg

Adrienne is a Mom, an English Breakfast tea addict and a musical theatre and boy band nerd who also happens to cast and direct voices for animation and video games. To wind down after a long day of making cartoons, she hangs with her dog, Esther. Oh, professionally? She's worked with clients like Nintendo, Hasbro, Netflix and Marvel, and recent credits include The Bravest Knight, Chip and Potato, Strawberry Shortcake, Deepa and Anoop and the Resident Evil 4 video game. She is Vancouver's go-to director for finding new talent, casting authentic voices, and directing kids. She believes Vancouver has the best voice talent in the world and loves finding new talent and bringing new voices out of the more established actors!

Casting

Nobody knows the Vancouver voice talent pool better than Adrienne. Whether you're looking for talent who can voice multiple roles, unique new voices or age-authentic voice talent, she will find it for you. Adrienne specializes in casting ethnically- and racially-diverse roles and productions, and her work ethic is unmatched in finding the perfect - authentic - voices for your production.

Production

From organizing recording sessions, establishing production schedules and budgets, and tracking production process, Adrienne is the most effective voice producer in the business. She has built productive and friendly working relationships with Vancouver talent agents, actors, directors, sound studios and engineers. Adrienne is adept at contract negotiations and is a signatory to UBCP, ACTRA and SAG. She's a scheduling guru(!), incredibly organized and an adept multi-tasker. With strict deadlines and changing circumstances being the norm in animation, she excels at proactively anticipating the needs of production, being flexible and staying calm.

Directing

Adrienne is a fresh and welcome addition to the often older, male world of animation voice directors. She brings a sense of humour and awareness of the current culture to her voice sessions and works closely with the producer outside of the session to ensure that no time is wasted in studio and that she is able to get exactly what the client needs. Her specialty is pre-school shows and working with child voice actors.

tax credits

Adrienne will help you record your project in BC/Canada and get you tax credits too! Vancouver offers an attractive package of provincial and federal tax credits. Both pre-lay voice recording and dubbing qualify for these credits. The combined available credits can amount to 50% of a voice recording budget effectively cutting your costs in half.
